The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and stores no personal data. Every file it loads — including fonts and images — is served from our own domain, so visiting this site sends nothing about you to any third party.
The "Send Enquiry" form doesn't transmit anything to this website. It simply opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, which you can review and send yourself. Your details travel directly from you to our inbox — the website never receives or stores them.
We use the details you send us (name, contact details, dates, requirements) solely to answer your enquiry and manage your booking, on the lawful bases of taking steps to enter a contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the B&B. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone beyond what's needed to host your stay, and we keep them only as long as needed for your booking and normal record-keeping.
The site is served by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which briefly processes standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete any details we hold about you — just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
